OUR STORY
Growing up in the bible belt of rural southwest Alabama, not far from the banks of the Tombigbee River, I spent countless summer days with my grandmother, Lottie. “Granny”, as she was lovingly known, shared her knowledge of gardening, cooking, and food preservation during those hot days. Her favorite recipe with home grown peppers was her pepper jelly, a recipe that is now nearly 100 years old. When my husband and I no longer had any of Granny’s jelly, it was time for us to perfect the recipe. We created what is now known as Lottie’s Pepper Jelly. Enjoy!
