Ingredients

  • Chicken wings

  • All purpose rub

  • Lottie’s Peach BBQ Sauce

  • Frying oil

Directions

  • Wash & pat dry wings
  • Season with your favorite all purpose rub
  • Refrigerate wings 1-2 hours
  • Smoke wings at 275 degrees until internal temp of 165-170 degrees
  • Warm Peach BBQ Sauce up while wings are smoking
  • Heat oil to 375 degrees
  • Fry wings approx. 2-3 minutes until golden brown
  • Toss wings in Lottie’s Peach BBQ Sauce
  • Dip in your favorite dressing and enjoy!
